The impact of artificial intelligence on our current solutions and its role in shaping the future in the functionalities offered to customers

On December 3rd we took part in Genesys Community Day Poland, acting as a Partner of this event.

It was a day full of inspiration, knowledge sharing and constructive exchange of experiences.

The stage was dominated by discussions about the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on our current solutions and its role in shaping the future. Conclusions? Contrary to previous fears, AI will not replace a person, but will become his irreplaceable support, helping in the implementation of tasks and improving the quality of customer service.

The yarrl stand was in high demand. Key topics were discussed in conversations with customers AI and CX. We discussed technological trends, development directions and the future of solutions that respond to dynamically changing business needs.

We were particularly pleased interest in our proprietary tools that extend functionality Genesys Cloud CX platform. We talked about the practical applications and benefits of our solutions that support companies in the effective management of customer service processes.

During the event we had the opportunity to share experiences from implementations implemented by #teamyarrl.
