Deadlines for the submission of periodic reports in 2025

The Management Board of yarrl S.A. _formerly Unima 2000 Systemy Teleinformatyczne S.A._ _hereinafter: Issuer_ on the basis of § 80 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state _i.e. Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133 with late amendment. _Regulation_, makes public the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2024:

1. Consolidated quarterly reports:

  • for the first quarter of 2025 - May 29, 2025,
  • for the third quarter of 2025 - November 27, 2025

Consolidated half-yearly report for the first half of 2025

together with the abridged half-yearly separate financial statements — 25 September 2025

3. Individual annual report for 2024:

  • March 28, 2025

4. Consolidated annual report for 2024:

  • March 28, 2025

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company declares that:

  • pursuant to § 79 paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on
current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities
and the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by national law
which is not a Member State _"Regulation"_, the Issuer will not transmit
quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of the financial year
2024 and the second quarter of fiscal year 2025;
  • pursuant to § 62 (1) of the Regulation, the Issuer shall provide consolidated reports
quarterly for the first and third quarters of fiscal year 2025 containing quarterly financial information
parent entity and will not provide separate unitary quarterly reports
for these reporting periods;
  • pursuant to § 62 (3) of the Regulation, the Issuer shall not publish a separate report
semi-annual report, and therefore in the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2025
an abridged half-yearly financial statement will be included along with the entity's report
the person authorised to examine the reports and a summary of the additional information.
