Deadlines for the submission of periodic reports in 2026

The Management Board of yarrl S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) pursuant to § 80 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026:

1. Consolidated quarterly reports:

  • for the first quarter of 2026 - May 28, 2026,
  • for the third quarter of 2026 - November 26, 2026.

Consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2026

together with the abridged half-yearly separate financial statements — September 24, 2026.

3. Individual annual report for 2026:

  • April 2, 2026.

4. Consolidated annual report for 2026:

  • April 2, 2026.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company declares that:

  • pursuant to § 79 paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information required by the laws of a non-member state (“Regulation”), the Issuer will not submit a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2026 and the second quarter fiscal year 2026;
  • pursuant to § 62 (1) of the Regulation, the Issuer shall submit consolidated quarterly reports for the first and third quarters of the financial year 2026 containing the quarterly financial information of the parent entity and shall not submit separate separate quarterly reports for these reporting periods;
  • in accordance with § 62 paragraph 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish a separate semi-annual report, therefore the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 will include an abbreviated semi-annual financial report together with the report of the entity authorized to audit reports and abbreviated additional information.
