According to the adopted document, the Company has the principle of rotation of the key expert, according to which the maximum duration of the uninterrupted duration of the orders for the audit of the Company's financial statements, the obligation of which arises from the provisions of the law, carried out by the same audit firm or audit firm affiliated with this audit firm or by any member of the network operating in the countries of the European Union to which these audit firms belong The term of office may not exceed 5 years.
