Relacja z konferencji Let's talk about CX

Conference Let's talk about CX, organized by the Polish Marketing Association (SMB) took place on 19.06.2024 in Warsaw. The organizers gathered experts in CX areas, and the event was divided into thematic panels. In each of them there were specialists who faced questions and discussed with each other, current challenges and problems.

yarrl was a partner of this event, and our colleague Michał Robak, represented us in the panel “New horses in the stable, or what technologies we should have”. He talked about the challenges our customers face, what to look for when using AI, what are the most common mistakes when planning automation in companies and tools that help improve CX functionality in companies.

It is gratifying that in each panel the essence of the human being was emphasized, as the key to good customer service. This employee with knowledge of tools continues to be and will be a key part of the business.

The second point that stood out in the discussions was artificial intelligence. To a greater or lesser extent, it was part of each panel. During the discussion, the following were discussed, among others:

  • legal aspects of the use of AI,
  • data that we can provide to you,
  • how does it relate to the GDPR,
  • what effects can we expect

There were also some points about the dangers of using AI in business.

Attendance at the event added. A lot of people showed up at our stand. We were able to talk to all of them, and to exchange contacts with most of them. It was a great opportunity to meet live in a pleasant atmosphere and exchange insights on current market trends.

The entire event, is a cross section through most of the Customer Experience topics. Each speaker added important insights and drew attention to something relevant from his point of view. Thanks to this, the participants of the event could catch a different perspective, on their professional tasks.

Congratulations to the winner of the competition and we hope that the headphones will improve the quality of work!
