Last weekend of September... Olsztyn, Lake Ukiel, beautiful apartments and great company — sounds like a recipe for perfect integration? That's exactly how it was!

On the last weekend of September we met in picturesque Olsztyn, on Lake Ukiel. The integration of GK yarrl 2025 was an opportunity to spend time together, get to know each other better and recharge your batteries in a unique atmosphere.

We started with accommodation - the suitcases barely managed to land on the beds, and we threw ourselves into the whirlpool of attractions. There were so many workshops and activities to choose from, that everyone found something for themselves:

Games and games of integration — a lot of laughter, a little competition and a lot of opportunities to discover who has a hidden talent.
Relaxing by the tuning forks — for those who wanted to quiet down... or just lie down.
Makeup and barber workshops Taking care of appearance is also a form of integration. Effects? Perfect for an evening gala.
Chillout Zone — sun loungers, conversations and zero stress. The perfect place to “do nothing” at its best.
Sports area — volleyball, basketball and a lot of emotions.

In the afternoon, it's time for something that always brings everyone together — common barbecue! And after that — a photo shoot to keep those moments for longer. Group, team, with a smile and with humor — there will be something to remember and watch.

In the evening we jumped into elegant outfits and we went to the gala — there were awards, distinctions and a lot of emotions.

An important moment in building a common energy was a unique Dance of Jerusalemawho took everyone to the dance floor. Thanks to an amazing instructor, contagious with a smile and rhythm, most of the crew got carried away by the music and danced together this iconic arrangement. Some danced with grace, others with enthusiasm, but all with heart! “Jerusalema” became a symbol of our integration — we felt that we were one team, even if not every step was perfect.

And then? Laughing, talking and dancing until dawn.

Saturday was marked by rest by the lake, breakfast together and final conversations before returning. The perfect moment to summarize and catch the last rays of the sun.

This weekend showed that a cohesive team is not just about work — it's about people, emotions and moments together. Thanks for being there — and until next time!
