Management training in yarrl — competence development and effective communication

It's not art to stand still, and #teamyarrl definitely doesn't stand in it! Using the know-how of our experienced trainers, we develop our competencies in order to support ourselves even better within the organization, but also to provide even more professional services to our clients.

Guided by such principles, we organized trainings in the field of Managerial Seven and Communication. Monika Fedyk-Sikora and Joanna Buczek conducted a series of trainings in these two areas for Managers from all over the yarrl group.

We know from experience that the best form of learning is workshops, which is why our Managers are immediately equipped with practical tools ready to use.

Strong points were motivation and evaluation as well as good communication — here with reference to remote work and with special attention

We also devoted time to the issues of the steaming cloud, i.e. discussion of conflict resolution tools and conducted feedback training. The richer in knowledge and experience, we can say that the calmer we returned to fulfilling our duties
