Surveys for Banking

Vendor-lock is an issue that purchasing departments in financial institutions pay special attention to. Dependence on the supplier can be expensive, but yarrl S.A. has a solution that meets the expectations of customers. Offering a low-code platform, it maintains an open licensing policy and a partner approach to customers. Together with the Meltemee platform runtime, the client receives a graphical environment for designing and testing applications, and it is exactly the same environment and the same tools, component libraries, templates, activities that yarrl designers use. A customer analyst who designs an application in the Meltemee environment may have the same permissions to implement solutions as the owner of the rights to the platform. A formal and legal issue is imposed on the technical environment. Here yarrl also has an open policy towards customers. Applications prepared for the client are covered by a license with extended fields of exploitation, the possibility of modification, introduction of changes and without restrictions to build their own solutions. If the customer team undertakes to develop the application, there are no license restrictions or additional fees involved.

Low-code application — automated survey system

In our series on low-code platform and applications, we discuss selected examples of solutions. One such application worth mentioning is the survey automation module. yarrl has in its offer built on a low-code platform, especially for banks, the CRM.pro application for handling and managing relationships with institutional customers. One of the components of the solution is an automated survey system that supports the bank in communicating with customers and stakeholders. An intuitive environment supports the creation of new surveys and marketing campaigns. Surveys can range from simple marketing campaign questions to questions based on CSI, NPS, CES, KYC surveys — the survey module contains all the components and facilitations needed to develop and send surveys to measure customer satisfaction more effectively.

The application allows you to:

  • use of predefined surveys,
  • designing a survey on request (you declare the need, we design it),
  • support of mandatory surveys, e.g. AML or MIFID,
  • indicator analysis,
  • maintaining an archive of surveys and newsletters.

The highly parameterized system allows the definition of responses to responses in surveys and supports the processing of results. It can terminate the survey automatically or, depending on the parameterization, direct it for further processing, e.g. based on the results of the MIFID survey, launch the process of preparing an investment offer.

Newsletters and marketing campaigns

The solution also supports sending newsletters and surveys as part of marketing campaigns. The mailing list and management panel provide statistical information, and the results complement the marketing activities coordinated by CRM.

Reporting the results of surveys and campaigns

The dashboard for managers presents a summary of the results, and for each survey, group of surveys or campaigns, the system can generate a report. The results can also be transferred for further processing, e.g. in a CRM system.
