At the helm of the adventure — our unforgettable cruise on STS Pogoria!
Imagine: the cool breeze of the sea breeze, the sound of waves crashing against the side, the sky strewn with stars... This is not a scene from a movie — this is our cruise to STS Pogoria this year! In mid-September, full of excitement and adrenaline, we embarked on a journey that would forever change our perception not only of the sea, but also of ourselves.
For some of us, it was the first adventure on the high seas. The feeling of the unknown only heightened emotions. We took off from Sesimbra, a small port in Portugal,
and in a week we visited the mysterious Lagos, crossed the mighty Strait of Gibraltar and ended the expedition in hot Malaga. Every day we faced new challenges — changing winds, restless waves, but also our own limitations. And you know what? We beat them all!
Not everyone had sailing experience, but we transformed into a tight-knit crew in no time. Each of us got behind the wheel, learning to navigate and cooperate.
And when night fell, we kept watch under the starry sky, feeling,
that we are part of something greater — that infinite space where the sea meets the sky.
But our journey is not just sailing. We discovered new flavors every step of the way
and places — from the magical streets of Lisbon to the hidden corners of Malaga. Surprises lurked in each of these towns: delicious seafood, works by Banksy or Picasso, and even casual conversations with local residents that added color to our days.
Every day was a new adventure, and every port had something magical in it. The collaboration on board proved that there are no insurmountable challenges, and the team spirit
and confidence can survive even in the most troubled waters.
The evenings we spent in the ports were equally magical - sharing stories, laughter, conversations under the stars and sharing impressions of the day. These moments strengthened us as a team and made us return to the mainland richer with new experiences. Will we return to STS Pogoria? Of course!
