Interview with the president of yarrl, Sławomir Połukord about the results and development of yarrl
An interview with Sławomir Połukord, president of the management board of yarrl S.A., was published on the portal of the Association of Individual Investors, summarizing the company's results after three quarters of 2024. The conversation is not only about record financial results, but above all about a permanent organizational change and the further direction of the company's development.
The CEO acknowledges that while the net profit after the 9 months of 2024 exceeded the full-year results of any year in yarrl's more than 20-year history, the most significant achievement is something else: completing the first year of working together after integrating teams from different organizational cultures and forming a single, cohesive structure ready for the next challenges.
The conversation also touched upon, among others:
- revenue growth threefold y/y,
- improving the profitability of the call and contact center segment (Lockus) — from 1.7% to 8.3%
- the impact of the Euvic investment and the merger with PTAG on the current condition of the group,
- application of AI technology in own projects and for clients — including the commercialization of aisema.eu tool.
“We are ending the year as one integrated team ready to take on further challenges,” says Sławomir Połukord.
