As part of the partner channel, we had the pleasure to participate in a meeting organized jointly by Avaya Polska and Ingram Micro Sp. z o.o. The training was to strengthen our competence in the area of Contact Center support solutions, and concerned the new Avaya Experience Platform (AXP) solution.

AXP is a platform that uniquely solves today's challenges related to customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX). It can work both as a pure cloud solution, but also as a hybrid — using on-premises resources that the customer may already have. It integrates third-party technologies and, above all, is equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) that helps clients and consultants at different stages of interaction.
