Mikołajkowa change of Unima 2000 in yarrl S.A.
In December 2023, Unima 2000 officially changed its name to yarrl S.A., completing the merger process with PTag. This is the formal closure of an important stage of reorganization, which began more than a year earlier and included, among other things, the integration of teams and the organization of operational structures.
At the same time, the company is strengthening its position in the public sector by signing three important framework agreements in recent months:
- with Critical Applications (a company of the Ministry of Finance),
- with the Ministry of Digitization (in consortium with Softiq),
- with the Main Building Supervision Authority.
As part of these agreements, yarrl implements IT projects for public administration services, such as Twoj e-PIT, e-Urząd Skarbowy or ZONE. As pointed out by the President of the Management Board, Sławomir Połukord, integration activities and the increase in market activity have translated into stable, positive financial results from the second quarter of 2023.
