Report from Techmo Day 2024

Behind us Techmo Day 2024! A meeting of the Polish voice industry, which once again provided the team of yarrl S.A. with a lot of inspiration, valuable knowledge supporting the development of solutions in the areas of VOICE.

As rightly pointed out at the conference, “Conversation is information, and information is knowledge.” Speech analysis is an issue that can be used to check what is most often talked about, what are the trends - which topics of conversation are gaining importance, which are losing importance. This is also something that is important in cybersecurity, for example through the use of voice biometrics.

The discussion of experts also touched on important aspects — how to use voice analysis in the Contact Center so as not to get stuck in a sea of data and how to skillfully use the information already obtained.

A controversial topic was also raised - speech analysis in CC gives benefits to business (better, faster, more efficiently), but does it remember about the human factor and is this not done at the expense of consultants?

It was worth participating, listening and expanding your knowledge.
