Report from the Let's Talk about CX 2025

On April 4th we took part in the next edition of the conference Let's Talk About CX, organized by the Direct Marketing Association (SMB). As every year, we appeared there not only as participants, but also as event partner.
There was a lot of interest in our booth. Magdalena Pisarczyk — Czekaj, Katarzyna Zaręba, Joanna Hanusiak, Rafał Pychwoski, Krzysztof Czajka and Piotr Bac answered numerous questions and presented solutions offered by yarrl.
This year we were also the organizer of the competition for participants, which was met with a very positive reception. Congratulations to all the winners!
The theme of this year's conference — “Difficult customer” — opened interesting discussions about changing consumer expectations and how to deal with customer service challenges.
On stage, yarrl represented Rafal Pychowskiwho spoke in the discussion panel on the impact of technology on the quality of customer service in the perspective of 2025 and the need for a holistic approach to customer experience in organizations.
The event, as always, attracted a large number of participants. The organizers took care of the space for conversations and building relationships, thanks to which the networking took place in an extremely pleasant atmosphere.
