The end of May and the beginning of June were intense — our teams from different locations met to summarize the work together, exchange ideas and, above all, integrate!

There was a lot of energy, laughter, brainstorming and creative conversations over coffee. Such meetings remind us of the importance of working together and building face-to-face relationships, even in times of hybrid work.

It was a day full of positive emotions and inspiring conversations! Such moments remind us how important it is to build relationships. Direct contact, joint conversations and sharing perspectives strengthen the team and give space to create truly valuable ideas and get to know each other better.

Retrospective and integration of the Maintenance eData team — the power of cooperation in practice

An intense time of summing up and celebrating together is behind us! During the last retrospective, we had the opportunity to take a look at our work so far, draw conclusions and plan the next steps.

The second part of the meeting took place in a unique setting — on Lake Ukiel in Olsztyn. Kayaking, team games and afternoon integration in beautiful natural circumstances were a great opportunity to build relationships and strengthen team strength.

There was no shortage of creative challenges — inventive folders and solutions were created, which were the result of great cooperation and exchange of positive energy of the whole group.

Integration of the EPiT team — an evening with painting

As part of building relationships and strengthening cooperation in our team, we organized a unique integration exit with the participation of the management board. The meeting took place in a friendly, artistic atmosphere. During the evening, each of the participants had the opportunity to try their hand at painting, regardless of their level of advancement. With the joint creation of images, there was no shortage of laughter, conversations and creative slack. It was a great opportunity to get to know each other better, to take a break from everyday duties and to look at each other from a different perspective — not just a professional one.
