Effective communication and efficiency in practice - report from the workshop

The autumn season is not only fairs and conferences 😉, but also a time to develop competencies. This time Communication and Spotnaiosis. Does it complement or exclude?

We looked at these issues as part of two on-site trainings, where #teamyarrl learned how to bring a new quality to everyday work.

The first training, “Master Client Communication: The Art of Influence and Relationship”, aimed to equip participants with concrete tools for effective communication with customers. The program included, among other things, the analysis of different types of clients in the DISC model, the application of social influence rules and ways of dealing with difficult situations. “Training makes a master”, which is why we have devoted the most time to practical exercises and active discussions. Participants came out with knowledge, but also inspiration to build lasting, positive professional relationships.

Spotclaniosis - it may sound funny, but as it turns out, it is one of the most common ailments of current company life. Many teams face this problem. As part of the #teamyarrl workshop, he explored not only what it really is, but also how to build meetings that support efficiency. Together we analyzed how to better prepare meetings, manage time and avoid excess in favor of deep work. The practical exercises allowed us to develop simple and effective changes that we are already beginning to implement. Now we are waiting for the harvest 😊, that is, the time when participants will become ambassadors of efficiency in their teams, promoting a modern approach to time management.

Both workshops showed that working on yourself and your habits is the key to success — both in customer relations and in the daily organization of tasks.
