Hello adventure! Yarrl training and integration cruise in Masuria

We had a fantastic time! So a story about how our training and integration trip went this year 😊 It can be said that June boat trips have become our tradition. This year also in Masuria, albeit on a different route. For many participants, the trip was the first contact with the boats, the more important element was the rapid integration and building trust between the helmsmen and the crew.
During the day we spent sailing on the beautiful Masurian lakes. Everyone had the opportunity to get behind the wheel and feel the proverbial wind in the sails. There was time for a refreshing swim, delicious fresh fish in intimate waterfront restaurants, as well as showcasing your culinary capabilities “under the deck”.
We also sailed with the current of knowledge! The training on “Interpersonal communication with elements of assertiveness and influence” went to the first fire. The second day of the workshop: “Learn the power of words. Effective management of emotions and sales”. Both trainings were conducted by Beata Szynkowska. As you already know, the workshop approach is what we value the most, which is why both trainings took this form 😊. We had the opportunity to learn, among others, the techniques of influencing or managing emotions in business situations and to practice these skills in smaller groups. It is worth adding that outdoor learning increases the rate of assimilation of knowledge and is very pleasant.
For some variety 😉 on this year's trip there was also a moment of anxiety and horror, when one of the boats lost control and in adverse weather conditions, got stuck on the lake. Another crew and an expert group of rescuers came to the rescue. Everything ended well, and for us it was another proof that we can count on ourselves even in the most difficult challenges, not only weather and not only on the boat.
In the evenings, we met in the ports at the campfires. We enjoyed the integration games prepared by Sylwia, Veronika and Ola from Lockus. We competed in the competition “what is the melody”, “ticking bomb”, and also “got to know each other” closer by presenting hip-hop songs, ballads and romances, or calculations.
In addition to having fun, getting to know each other, our professional roles, experiences and everyday challenges, real friendships have been born among many of us. Integration, especially from the perspective of the recent merger, was very important for all of us. The foundation of creating a strong organization is the awareness of each employee, what values the company presents, how valuable and trustworthy people it employs. It is good to be aware that we are all important: not only for each other — working on smaller projects, but also for the organization. Many thanks to the organizers of the event!
